Arnas Butkevicius has signed a two-year contract extension with Zalgiris Kaunas.
Zalgiris Kaunas have taken another step in building their roster for the upcoming season by signing forward Arnas Butkevicius to a new two-year contract.

The 32-year-old, who stands 197 cm tall, has been with the team since the 2022–23 season. Speaking to Zalgiris TV, Butkevicius shared his excitement about continuing with the club.
"I feel great—these are the best emotions," he said. "When I signed the contract, I talked to my family. You never expect to spend so much time at Zalgiris or to reach this level with such a historic club. It's incredible."
Butkevicius also revealed that he had received interest from a foreign team during the season, but the commitment and support shown by the Zalgiris management ultimately convinced him to stay in Kaunas.
In the most recent EuroLeague regular season, he averaged 4.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 6.5 PIR.
Earlier, Zalgiris had also announced contract extensions for Sylvain Francisco and Isaiah Wong.
