In his debut season in the EuroLeague, TJ Shorts was one of the best players in the competition.

The American point guard led Paris Basketball to the playoffs and was selected for the All-EuroLeague First Team and named MVP of the play-in tournament, in which Paris won away at Real Madrid to earn their place in the playoffs.

Already in previous seasons, there had been considerable interest in the American point guard. He had won the Basketball Champions League with Bonn and the EuroCup with Paris Basketball.

However, that interest has grown exponentially after his first year in the EuroLeague. TJ Shorts is now, in all likelihood, the most sought-after player on the EuroLeague market.

For Paris Basketball – the club where TJ Shorts truly made his mark – keeping the American point guard will be an extremely difficult task.

He is generating significant interest from top EuroLeague teams, not to mention the possibility of being picked up by an NBA franchise.
